Six Months In

A little update from us.

So here we are, six months since we opened our new store in Stony Stratford and what a wonderful six months it has been. We have met so many amazing people and have been welcomed into the Stony Stratford community with open arms so much so that we feel we have been here for a lot longer.

It has been a very busy and exciting time welcoming so many people inside our showroom, enjoying a cuppa and a chat, getting to know everyone whether they are our customers, fellow business owners or just someone interested in what we are doing.

We have met people from all over the area and enjoyed talking to them and listening to their stories of Stony Stratford past and present.

We have been able to get involved with events in the town, the Classic Car show just one example when we were open to give us the opportunity to join in with the friendly atmosphere and invite everyone in to show them who we are and what we do.

We started with a shared passion for furniture and design, which has been part of our family for four generations. Our aim was to bring our vision of creating a relaxed and exciting furniture buying experience to life by setting up our very own store.  It has been a lot of hard work but we don’t just work together we also have fun. We each have our own area of expertise but by talking and listening to one another we believe we are well on our way to achieving that aim and will continue to strive to become even better.

Coming into the store is not just a job for us, it’s who we are and we love every part of it, sharing ideas and continuing our family tradition. Seeing other people take pleasure in what we have created is so rewarding and we thoroughly enjoy the opportunity to help our customers to create something in their own homes that they will love just as much.

We feel very lucky that we have been able to create our dream and are very proud of what we have achieved so far.
