What happens if I change my mind?

Orders can be cancelled within 14 days of receipt unless it is a bespoke order made specifically for you. All products must be returned in their original packaging and condition and will either be collected by ourselves or our designated carrier for which a collection fee will be charged. Please see our Returns and Refunds policy for further information.


What if the furniture doesn’t fit?

We recommend that all measurements are checked thoroughly as we are unable to take responsibility for any incorrect measurements provided. Care should be taken to measure all doorways, stairs, lifts etc and access must be suitable for the goods you order. Please refer to our Delivery page for additional information.


Do you charge for delivery?

Delivery charges do apply depending on the range you order and the area in which you live. Please see our delivery page for specific details.
